Meet Nir and Aya from Studio Cheha

Another couple-owned-studio, this time, with lamps that make anyone smile!

A little on Nir - he has always been fascinated by optical illusions, combining color, light and patterns to create designs that trick the mind. He started crafting objects in his personal studio since 2007, always taking inspiration from various forms of art and culture.

A little on Aya - she has an eye for beauty, and a touch for business and together with Nir they decided to establish Studio Cheha after their creations started a huge buzz on Kickstarter in 2014.

Since their Kickstarter launch, they were first contacted by MoMa and hunted internationally for their unique designs (not a bad way to start!).

Aya and Nir have grown to working from their shared apartment to a small studio and are now located in south Tel Aviv in a much bigger space, but they have not lost track in always exploring and creating original designs, continually expanding and achieving new goals.

We are over the moon excited to be partnering with this bright couple to bring a different kind of light into your home.
