Meet Paula from PAU

PAU Jewellery design is an Israeli jewelry brand designed by Paula Epelbaum. The jewelry deals with the tension between the rigid architectural lines, which symbolise stability and stiffness, and the softness of the handwork and the attention to every detail.

Paula is a goldsmith & artist with a Bachelor degree from Shenkar college of design, engineering and art. She takes her inspiration from everyday life, while looking at the small details. What guides her in most of her work is the way each woman chooses to stylise herself through her jewelry.

You will see that the use of readily available materials such as wood, plastic and textiles often come back in her jewelry. As she believes that luxury can be achieved not only with precious stones but with every raw material, and of course the way it’s treated dictating its design and character.

Her jewelry consists of a combination of three-dimensional printing and classical goldsmith. And the complexity of her jewelry is expressed in simple and geometric forms, while creating compositions and a formal game between them.

Paula is a true perfectionist, a go getter and an inspiration.
