Meet Stav from Studio Stav

Meet Stav, the founder and creator of the brand Studio Stav which brings to the world designed and illustrated paper products, and other special handicrafts, all made in Israel.

As a little girl Stav loved to draw and create and today she expresses that the characters in her illustrations have grown and accompanied her since she can remember. All of her designs and illustrations are inspired by nature and worlds of imagination - she draws animals and plants that are found here around us in Israel alongside magic gnomes and “forest children“.

A little more about about Stav.

She was born in Jerusalem, and when she was 2 years old her parents decided to move up north to a village called Abirim and since then she has stayed up north. Today, she lives in the Hula Vally, north of Israel in Yesud Hamala (יסוד המעלה).

We asked her to share with us about her a place she just calls her own, a place where she loves going to and without hesitation, she stated that her favourite place is very near her parents' village, up north, of course. It’s an archeological ruin with an amazing view called Castle Knights (מיצד אבירים) - save it in your google maps for your next trip to Israel ; )
